Owner, Founder and Attorney
Mosiah Olvera
He has been on the other side of this process.
Mosiah Olvera came to the United States from Mexico as a toddler and went through DACA, a green card and citizenship himself. Clients work with the attorney handling their case, in English or in Spanish, from the first consultation to the decision.
- Admitted to the Oklahoma Bar and in good standing — immigration is federal practice, so he represents clients in all fifty states.
- Member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, appearing before USCIS, the immigration courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Josué M. Rosales
A consular background, brought to the preparation of your case.
Josué supports the preparation and coordination of family-based, employment-based, humanitarian, consular processing, adjustment of status, waiver and removal defense matters — case analysis, immigration forms, supporting evidence, declarations and client communication.
- Served nearly seven years with the U.S. Department of State, including as a Supervisory Visa Assistant at the U.S. Embassy in San Salvador.
- Recognized with Mission Honor Awards and a Consular Affairs Leadership Award for work adopted by more than fifteen U.S. embassies and consulates.
