Josué M. Rosales is an Immigration Paralegal at Olvera Law Office, where he supports the preparation and coordination of family-based, employment-based, humanitarian, consular processing, adjustment of status, waiver and removal defense matters. He assists with case analysis, immigration forms, supporting evidence, legal correspondence, declarations, case summaries and client communication.
Before joining the firm, he served nearly seven years with the U.S. Department of State, including as a Supervisory Visa Assistant at the U.S. Embassy in San Salvador. He developed extensive experience in immigrant and nonimmigrant visa operations, document review, post-interview case processing, workflow management and applicant communication, and completed specialized assignments supporting U.S. diplomatic missions in Nigeria and Guyana.
